Nicandro Durante has forty years of experience in the industrial sector, and has held several managing roles at British American Tobacco, such as Corporate CFO, Regional Director, Executive Director and COO, until becoming the CEO in 2011. In addition to his positions as the Chairman of TIM’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committee and Environmental, Social & Governance Committee, he is also the Chief Executive Officer of Reckitt, a leading company in the healthcare industry. Born in Brazil and with Italian citizenship, he has a degree in Business Administration from the São Paulo Pontifical Catholic University.
Alberto Mario Griselli has more than twenty years of experience in the telecom sector. Prior to becoming TIM’s CEO in January 2022, he served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Company since July 2019. In February 2023, he also took over the role of Investor Relations Officer on an interim basis. Prior to joining TIM, he held positions as Vice President LatAm at TIMWE, a global provider of mobile engagement solutions for telecommunication operators, and as CEO Brazil at Value Partners, a management consulting global firm. Mr. Griselli holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from La Sapienza University in Rome and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
Andréa Palma Viegas Marques was appointed CFO of TIM in February 2023 after serving as the Director of Planning and Control for almost five years. Ms. Marques joined the Company in 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector working in national markets and multinational companies headquartered in the United States, Mexico, Italy and the United Kingdom. She has a degree in Business Administration from Cândido Mendes University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Ibmec.
Fabio Avellar joined TIM in 2022 as CRO after serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Vivo, a company where he worked for 19 years. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from COPPEAD - UFRJ, a Production Engineering degree from UFRJ and has taken extension courses in Madrid and Barcelona. Mr. Avellar is also trained in coaching and serves as an executive coach associated with the International Coaching Federation and as a career mentor.
Leonardo de Carvalho Capdeville has served as TIM’s Chief Technology Information Officer since February 2015. Prior to that, he was responsible for the Company’s Network and IT departments and also held relevant positions at Telefônica Brasil and Promon Eletrônica. In addition to his position as CTIO, Mr. Capdeville is also a member of the Trustee Council of the Telecommunications Research and Development Center (Centro de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento de Telecomunicações). He received an undergraduate degree from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações (Inatel) and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
Fabrizio Bozzetto arrived at TIM Brasil in March 2022 to assume the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), with special attention to the Company's strategy and governance and to implement projects that guide the Company's transformation, with particular focus on the areas of Customer Experience and Data Governance.
An engineer with postgraduate degrees in energy administration and management, Fabrizio began his career in strategic consultancy, working in various regions of Europe and Latin America, serving clients in growth and digital transformation projects. Over the last ten years in Brazil, he has specialized in the infrastructure area, with particular emphasis on the Telecommunications sector.
Since November 2019, Renato Ciuchini has been responsible for the Transformation and Strategy area at TIM Brasil, including the Company's initiatives in customer experience, innovation and new revenue lines. The executive has more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications. He is in his second stint at TIM Brasil, where he previously served as director of the Top Clients unit, between 2007 and 2009, and Head of Marketing, between 2018 and 2019. He was also VP Latam at Convergys and Head of the small and medium-sized companies segment from Oi. Outside the sector, he stood out as Chief Commercial Officer of the Organizing Committee of the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Ciuchini has a degree in Electrical Engineering with an Executive Management Program from Stanford University, in the United States.
Paulo Humberto Gouvêa has been director of the TIM Brasil corporate segment since January 2017. Before taking on this role , he was the sales director at Horizons Telecom. The executive has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, having worked in leadership positions at AT&T Latin America, Trinity, Logicalis, among others. At GVT he served as vice president.
Paulo Humberto has a degree in telecommunications engineering from the National Telecommunications Institute (Inatel) and a postgraduate degree in finance from IBMEC.
Auana Mattar is the CIO of TIM Brasil, leading the Information Technology organization, with a focus on accelerating the Company's continuous technological evolution, building the Next Generation Telco. She held several leadership positions at TIM in recent years, experiencing 3 startups and integrating 5 operations (M&As), the most recent being the acquisition of Oi in 2022. She was responsible for defining and executing the digital acceleration strategy in TIM's technology, leading major technological transformation projects as CIO since October 2019. She also worked in Marketing for 4 years leading the Consumer CRM organization for all of Brazil.
In 2022, the executive was the winner of the Women in Tech Latam Awards, in the ID&E Disruptors category, being recognized as the woman in technology who made the most innovative and bold move to change the status quo.
Auana graduated in Data Processing and Postgraduate in Strategic Information Management, with training program of New Ventures Leadership from MIT and High Performance Skills from London Business School and an MBA from UFRJ-Coppead.
